Where: Due to issued public health emergency rules, the prenatal classes will be done via Zoom meetings. You will receive by email a meeting ID for Zoom when you sign up for a class. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Know before Due-day! Studies have shown that learning about breastfeeding BEFORE delivery increases your chances of succeeding in breastfeeding your baby.

Details:
This FREE 1 hour class is ideal for first time parents. It covers what to expect in the first days as a new parent, with detail in what you need to know for the first days of breastfeeding and how your Pediatrician can support you through lactation difficulties. Some topics that will be covered are breastfeeding basics, COVID19 and breastfeeding, supply issues, maternal medication management, vitamin supplementation, recommended resources. In addition, expecting parents will have the opportunity to have a Q&A session with the pediatrician.
